Dr. Heather J. Rhodes-Pope, PharmD, MBA, BCPS is the Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator and PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Director at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Liberty, North Carolina. In addition to her administrative responsibiltiies she remains actively engaged in clinical pharmacy practice ih the Womack Family Medicine Clinic where she provides comprehensive medication reviews and co-manages chronic health conditions such as type 2 diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension. Dr. Rhodes-Pope has a passion for furthering the profession of pharmacy and asissts with pharmacy student education serving as both the student coordinator and as an ambulatory care preceptor at her practice site. Most recently, she was trained at Duke Health. Dr. Rhodes-Pope has expanded her clinical role to include Health & Well-Being Coaching where she partners with patients to create sustainable behavior changes to promote positive health outcomes among active duty soldiers, retirees, and dependents.
