James Lee, PharmD, FCCP, AACC, BCACP is Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Illinois Chicago College of Pharmacy. In addition to leading the Precision Medicine Program at the University of Illinois Hospital & Clinics, he serves as residency program director of the PGY2 UIC/NorthShore Clinical Pharmacogenomics Residency, and as a clinical pharmacist providing comprehensive anticoagulation management in pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations. Professionally, Dr. Lee is active in the Clinical Pharmacogenetics Implementation Consortium, American College of Clinical Pharmacy, and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, all of which have afforded the opportunities to serve on various pharmacogenomics-focused committees and as faculty for the ASHP Pharmacogenomics Certificate. He earned his PharmD from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, completed his pharmacy practice and ambulatory care specialty residency training at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, and is board certified in ambulatory care pharmacy. Dr. Lee also serves as a pharmacy officer in the US Public Health Service Commissioned Corps Ready Reserve.
