CDR Jessica Anderson, PharmD, MHA, BCACP is the Clinical Services Administrator at White Earth Indian Health Service. She is a 2007 graduate of North Dakota State University and obtained her Master in Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2020. In her current role as the Clinical Services Administrator, she serves on the facility Executive Leadership Team and provides oversight for Pharmacy, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Lab, Radiology, Audiology, and Nutrition. Throughout her career she has served in a number of roles spending the first ten years in the pharmacy as a clinical pharmacist and immunization program manager. In 2017, she took a leap of faith and accepted a role in Quality Management as a Performance Improvement Coordinator. Taking on this new position brought about new perspective on healthcare administration leading to opportunities to expand her knowledge and grow her leadership skills. She obtained certification as an Improvement Coach through the Institute of Healthcare Improvement, furthered her education with a Master in Healthcare Administration degree, and changed her mindset through leadership books and coursework. Since 2019, CDR Anderson has served as an Infection Control Officer, Medical Staff Supervisor, Quality Management Officer, and most recently Acting Cheif Executive Officer. A willingness to consider roles outside standard pharmacy practice has allowed her to grow as both a pharmacist and leader.
