LTC O'Shea was born and raised in Vietnam. She relocated to the United States in 1983 and attended Auburn University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy in 1994. She was commissioned to the U.S. Air Force in 1999 and served as an active-duty pharmacist until 2008. She later joined the U.S. Army in 2013 at the rank of Major. She was assigned to Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Liberty for her first duty station. She completed the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program in 2016 at WAMC and achieved the Pharmacotherapy Specialty Certification in 2017. She earned her Master of Healthcare Administration degree in 2017 from the University of Phoenix through the online program. She returned to WAMC in 2022 where she currently serves as the Chief of Pharmacy Department. Her prior assignments include Pharmacy Consultant at MEDDAC-Bavaria in Germany, deployed pharmacist at Camp Bondsteel in Kosovo, and Chief of Pharmacy Department at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Cavazos.
