MAJ Whiteside is currently serving as the Brigade Pharmacist, 44th Medical Brigade, Fort Liberty, and practices as a Clinical Pharmacist at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC). He earned a Doctor of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Science in Laboratory Technology from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration from William & Mary. He completed a post-graduate Pharmacy Practice Residency (PGY-1) at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) and is a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist. MAJ Whiteside has served as the Chief, Department of Pharmacy at McDonald Army Health Center and Pharmacy Lead Advisor, Tidewater Multi-Service Market at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE); Assistant Chief Pharmacy Branch Medical Center of Excellence (MedCoE) and the Pharmacology Instructor for the Interservice Physician Assistant Program (IPAP) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA); 10th Mountain Division Pharmacy Consultant and the Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) Senior Medical Development Advisor for Regional Command East (RC-E) in Afghanistan; Officer in Charge of Inpatient Pharmacy and Officer in Charge of Supply at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Germany; Combat Engineer, 1st Cavalry Division, Ft. Cavazos.
