MAJ Jaime Frahm, PharmD, BCPS, currently serves as the Chief, Clinical Pharmacy Service at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Liberty, North Carolina. MAJ Frahm also provides patient care to beneficiaries of the Fort Liberty community, serving as a Clinical Pharmacist at Linden Oaks Medical Home. She commissioned through Campbell University’s ROTC program where she obtained her Bachelor Degree in Health Sciences and subsequently graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2014. She has completed assignments at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Landstuhl, Germany and Weed Army Community Hospital, Fort Irwin, California. MAJ Frahm completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at Womack Army Medical Center in 2021 before taking her current assignment leading a team of 15 Clinical Pharmacists.
