CAPT Ted Hall, PharmD serves as an Advanced Practice Pharmacist II non-physician medical provider with a scope of practice in Addiction Psychiatry at Ho-Chunk Nation Health Department in Wisconsin. He has participated in a collaborative practice agreement (CPA) since 2013 with diagnostic and prescription privileges for substance use and mental health disorders. Recently, his privileges have expanded to diagnosing and treating sexually transmitted diseases, Hepatitis C, HIV prophylaxis (PReP & PEP) and prescribing controlled substances under his Federal MLP Registered Pharmacist DEA license. He currently serves as lead faculty for the National Indian Health Service Advancing Pharmacists Roles in Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Teams ECHO Program. He has served on multiple local, county, State, and Federal work groups addressing substance use disorder, including the Office of the White House/Office of National Drug Control Policy National Heroin Taskforce.
