Terri Jorgenson, RPH, BCPS, is a National Program Manager for the Clinical Pharmacy Practice Integration and Model Advancement with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), Clinical Pharmacy Practice Office. She graduated Pharmacy School from Auburn University and has worked for the VA for more than 25 years in clinical practice, education, and leadership roles. Hew work focuses on improving access to safe pain care through deployment of Clinical Pharmacist Practitioners. Terri has served the American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists (ASHP) via the Section of Pharmacy Practice Leaders, Council on Pharmacy Practice, Opioid Stewardship Certificate Program faculty, 2018 Commission on Goals, 2019 Opioid Task Force, Leaders Conference Speaker (2018, 2022), Summer Meeting Speaker (2019) and Midyear Clinical Meeting Speaker (2019 – 2023). With the Maryland Society of Health-System Pharmacists (MSHP), Terri is the immediate past chair of the Educational Steering Committee and elected as a MSHP delegate. She was also a speaker for the 2019 APhA Annual Meeting Federal Forum.
