This session will address clinician burnout and possible solutions/methods that pharmacists/clinicians can take to overcome or reduce burnout. We will review action plans from peer reviews and scientific literature to provide specific data and recommendations on how to to improve wellness and reduce the overall burden for healthcare/workforce.
